This policy sets out how Alphabetty Designs uses and protects any information that you give Alphabetty Designs when you use this website to book courses or to join our mailing list. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and will advise you should the terms in the policy change at any time.

Your contact information including your email address  

What we do with this information 

We require this information when you book on to a course/workshop or ask to join our mailing list so we can communicate with you about your purchase or to keep you informed of future course/workshops that may interest you. We will ask at the end of your course/workshop if you would like to be on our mailing list for future courses. 

Information Security 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place encryption/passwords on all devices that are used to access your information as well physical controls (kept in a locked room).
