Payments, Bookings, Refunds & Cancellations
Bookings made via Alphabetty Designs website are managed by an online booking system. Our booking system requires the attendee to make payment at the time of booking, via PayPal. At the time of booking the attendee will be asked to confirm that they have read Alphabetty’s terms and conditions and agreed to them.
The attendee does not need a PayPal account to make payment when booking online and once the payment has been made they will receive email confirmation of their booking. There is no refund if you cannot attend but at our discretion I will try to re-book you to another date.
Alphabetty Designs works in accordance with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Alphabetty Designs ensures that workshops are held on the date booked but reserves the right to cancel workshops at any time. I aim to give as much notice as possible to Attendees booked and a full refund will be issued.
All gift vouchers have a 12 months expiry date (from the date of purchase). Vouchers not redeemed within the 12 months will not be accepted. Alphabetty Designs can issue vouchers for other values on request. Alphabetty Designs will arrange postage of the vouchers(s) to the address stated in the PayPal payment information.
Any personal information held will not be given to third party organisations. Newsletters or other forms of general communication are sent by Alphabetty Designs only and recipients will be able to unsubscribe from any mailing lists.
Alphabetty Designs has current and valid public and product liability policies.
